Wes Granstrom
Wes Granstrom

President & CEO

Wes Granstrom is President and CEO and one of the principal owners of ARC Health & Wellness Centers. He holds a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from North Park University, Chicago.

Wes Granstrom was one of the pioneers in establishing urgent/occupational medicine centers in the early 1980’s in the metropolitan Chicago area. Wes has held senior executive positions in Hospital Administration at two large teaching hospitals in Chicago, IL. He has over 40 years of experience in healthcare management and has consulted for numerous physician practices nationwide.

Paul Granstrom
Paul Granstrom

Executive Vice President

Paul Granstrom is Executive Vice President and one of the principal owners of ARC.  He has extensive experience in healthcare operations and marketing.  In addition to his many operational responsibilities, Paul successfully serves as ARC’s key liaison with ARC’s clients including the State of Nevada, the Cities of Reno, Sparks, Carson City, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and numerous other municipalities across Nevada and in other states.

Paul has extensive experience with all aspects of Nevada’s Heart and Lung Physical Program as mandated by NRS, and is a certified Breath Alcohol Testing Instructor.

Mike Poehlman

Executive Director of Public Safety

Having served in law enforcement for 38 years, ARC’s Executive Director of Public Safety, Mike Poehlman, truly understands the needs and complexities of public safety. Prior to joining ARC, Mike served as Chief of Police for the City of Reno, NV from 2005 to 2010 and Chief of Police for the City of Oceanside, CA from 1995 to 2005. Mike’s primary role is to educate and assist ARC’s clients as to the state regulations governing heart and lung physicals and to serve as a liaison between ARC’s management team and medical staff and your organization.

Ken Riddle

Executive Director of Fire Services

Ken Riddle is ARC’s Executive Director of Fire Services. He has over thirty years experience in EMS and fire services and recently retired from the Las Vegas Department of Fire & Rescue. He served as the Assistant Fire Chief and the Deputy Fire Chief of every Division including the Operations Division, Emergency Medical Services Division, Support Services Division and the Fire Prevention Division where he served as the Fire Marshal. While serving in those positions, he designed and developed several major programs, including the Department’s infection control program and a comprehensive in-house firefighter health and wellness program.

Ken has been extremely active in national fire and EMS issues for the past fifteen years serving on the Executive Committee for the International Association of Fire Chief’s EMS Section including the chairman and International Director for EMS on the IAFC Board of Directors. He also served as the President of the Southern Nevada Fire Chiefs Association. He is currently the Executive Director for the Nevada Fire Chiefs Association.

Ken has two AAS degrees; fire service management and fire science technology, as well as graduating from the National Fire Academy’s Executive Fire Officer Program.

Laura Krueger
Laura Krueger

Director of Operations

Laura Krueger serves as Director of Operations for ARC’s offices located in Las Vegas, North Las Vegas and the 82 East Glendale office in Sparks, NV.  In addition to her numerous operational responsibilities, Laura oversees ARC’s Quality Assurance Program.

Laura received her BS in Business Administration at Valparaiso University in Indiana.  She has a broad range of experience in healthcare including as a licensed administrator of long term care facilities and many years of experience as an educator and trainer.

Pierce Granstrom
Pierce Granstrom

Clinic Administrator

Pierce Granstrom is the Clinic Administrator of ARC’s urgent care/occupational medicine clinic in Sparks, Nevada and overseas the operations of ARC’s Carson City facility.  He also serves as Executive Vice President of ARC WorkPlace Services, Inc. which specializes in providing mobile on-site services to employers in a variety of industries.

During the past ten years, Pierce has served ARC in a number of capacities including medical assistant, phlebotomist, x-ray tech and most recently Clinic Administrator.  Pierce is NIOSH trained in Spirometry and Respiratory Surveillance Programs and is trained in OSHA Safety.  He is CAOHC certified as a Occupational Hearing Conservationist by the Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation.  Pierce is also certified in Drug and Alcohol testing.

Pierce holds his Bachelors of Science degree in Health Ecology with a Minor in Biology from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Anna Gilbert-Robertson

ARC Central Scheduler

Anna Gilbert-Robertson has held the position of ARC’s Central Scheduler since 2009. Her responsibilities include assisting ARC’s clients in staying in compliance with NRS 617 by ensuring the timely scheduling of the State of Nevada employees, as well as firefighters’ and police officers’ heart and lung physicals in the Reno/Sparks and outlying areas. Anna is usually the “first voice” the firefighters and police officers hear when they call in to schedule their appointments. Her ability to maintain a friendly, professional relationship with ARC’s clients is excellent.

Anna is a graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno.
